What I was talking about or trying to say was ... It looks to me like it has been under accumulation for a while .. not just today. It looks to me like it was just drifting lower from the lack of a Catalyst while the float was flat after those High Volume Buying Spikes with no Conviction for a Sell Off or Capitulation. I just used a 20ema Over Volume and On Balance Volume .. to Show it.
