Regardless of pinksheets.com; MM's, etc. Wouldn't Plasticon just want to conform to the SEC guidelines for OTCBB uplisting requirements and submit whatever forms, applications, submissions, etc necessary to do that. Aren't there more than one repository for these submissions other than Pinksheets.com? Once that is done wouldn't the SEC step in and mandate that all other parties i.e. the MM's and pinksheets abide by the rules. If the SEC has been informed by Plasticon and shareholders as to non-compliance of MM's, pinksheets, then why does it continue status quo? The SEC can't be that complacent and/or ignorant of this matter? Can they?
