Class action lawsuits are done on spec. That is, the attorneys risk enormous amounts of him for free and might get nothing. In fact, I was involved in one where the attorneys got nothing but millions in wasted time.

At any time, if the suit is frivolous, it can be thrown out of court. That's why we have judges. For instance, judges should throw out all smear type lawsauits against politicians, like Paula Jones, etc. Those were clearly just partisan dirty tricks and had no merit.

Right now we need a class action lawsuit against the Bush administration and energy business for gouging us. That would be a winner.
