TK the value of parole*, or its power to shake markets is directly related to frequancy. Or to move markets by word, word has to be used sparingly. Else the market gets used to it and won't move.

Notice that Bernake started doing it once a week. Compare that with AG. And he's also not very good at it if one consider the Bartiromo affair:

AG pulled the USD up out of the doldrums by clever use of parole (it was heading to 1.5/Euro) and by Enroning the job figures. Lets see how Bernanke will do.
