M. I have a difficult time answering your question because there is no split. Reverse or otherwise. This is a merger.
TPG is a larger co. than LUNN. TPG is privately traded and LUNN
is publicly traded. The shares are adjusted to represent proper proportions of market worth for the purposes of the merger subject to adjusment based on earnings for TPG.
