RRM I am talking about a cash account.. We aren't talking about an event of default... We are talking about accounts that are withing the terms of service. Turek wasn't talking about default accounts he was talking about a specific "letter" that he assumed was sent out to all share holders who held accounts with TDA. Well I was a share holder at the time of the Letter with a TDA account and guess what? I didn't receive said letter. James Turek is a FRAUD and a confirmed liar by his written disclosures filed with the SEC. Rick how long are you going to let Turek pee down your back before you figure out its not raining.
