"Primarily Protected" refers to being given predefined market areas to sell into, or regional/geographic areas, etc. It's like you are given a predefined piece of the pie. You work in your given area, but the product might be getting sold next door by someone else.

That's my understanding.

The huge sell orders are obviously these restricted shares we have been talking about, or at least some kind of insider selling, such as restricted shares given to consultants, attorneys, etc who helped to set up the company a year ago. Very common. The folks at TPI would have no way of knowing where these shares are coming from unless they are actually in-house.

Again, just my understanding.

ENGAGE!
