Steaming video can be limited. The delivery mechanism is not important, it is who is doing the watching.

You and I might be more valuable watchers than Manuel and Rosario. If they are serious about it, they should require membership and then run some live and some test video down the feeds.

Even good people can get lax, so periodic testing of the quality of the feedback is essential.
