Surely you realize that an "event" that would fall under the bold conditions outlined by you in paragaph 17 of the AMTD agreement would be the sale of PLNI common stock, then the receipt of hard paper PLNI common stock certificates from the owner of the account by AMTD to cover the sale of PLNI stock?

Or did you choose to ignore that "event"?
