>>Bigger sale was at 48 5/8...<<

The fire sale aint over yet, we might be some more fireworks as soon as the portfolio managers begin to dump the stuff to spruce up for the next quarter. So keep on your toes.. This is why no matter what mcaf has to give the street some confidence that its all hot air. Making press releases just dosent do it since there are so many of them and you cant ask questions back. Although its surprising that in this case the employees in question happen to join mcaf long after the products were released and were working on products states apart how they can be linked to other projects done elsewhere. Maybe this has been going on for a long time since I think there are a lot of ex-symc employees at mcaf. Ofcourse the same about selling mcaf can also be said for SYMC as well since the recent price action shows that doubts have been showing up on SYMC's trading activities as well. Although in the short term there is going to be a lot of requests for malox I think mcaf has a good chance at this point of winning their trade libel lawsuits especially since I dont think symc can even win the copyright issues let alone trying to win a settlement by trying to connect products which were done before hand. Taking cases of cadence/avnt or amat/nvls are irrevelant here since the employees in question were not present when the products were first released anyway or were done by totally different people unconnected. Looking deep at any piece of complex code you can always say oh its very similar and you stole it, But trying to prove that its so unique that no one else could come up with it is going to be much harder task than even the so called experts in the press release states..
