The US should worry about Somalia - the islamists goal of overthrowing Muslim govts has failed everywhere. But now they might actually have a victory, albeit a small one.

A Somalian government? That's a stretch. It was a country ruled by warlords and in a virtual state of anarachy. Any group that promises to bring "order" to anarachy is going to accepted within that country.

It seems to be generally accepted that the US was supporting the warlords. [The Administration will neither confirm or deny.] "Order" will eventually win over chaos. The more chaos there is, over a long period of time, the worse the "law and order" group is. If they were funding the warlords it was a waste of money...and predictably a waste of money.
