If this is the case AMD must have shipped ~22 million processors last quarter - $1.3 bil rev/$ 60 rev/processor. This would be ~ 40 percent of total Q1 x86 shipments by volume. Fab 36 should achieve decent volumes in Q2, perhaps 5000 wafers per month, which would represent a capacity increase of about 30 percent over Q1, so if your claim regarding their Q1 ASP is accurate AMD may be able to produce 30 million processors in Q2, or about 50 percent market share by volume. If AMD's ASP during the last quarter was indeed $ 60 this may be Intel's worst nightmare.
