Sergio, Believe it or not I am still confused. Is it posible depending what LUNN is trading at the day the merger becomes offical that you could loose some dollar value on you current holding in Lunn.(Example you hold 2000 shares at 3 1/4 = 6,500 converted at 1 to 10 and issued at 28.00 = 200 shares at 28.00 = 5,600) Is the concept hear to have the shares so when the new company takes off you are in already. But if that is the case why not wait till the merger and buy the shares then, This is my first merger and I find myself at a lose in this matter. I'm missing something in the translation what is it. Dazed and confused.
