I remember the exchange well Moonray. I have the memory of an elephant (not to mention the appetite). A momentous entry into the art of poetry, squashed like a bug on the front of a Peterbilt.

What really got me was Wigglesworth's rebuke of my haiku form for lack of rhyme when none is called for:

Have lemon make lime?
Poetry of our time:
Haiku from Lawrence!
No reason nor rhyme.


He could have at least couched his critique in haiku form. Now he'll probably bitch because I ended a sentence with a preposition. There just ain't no darn justice. <g>
