It is not the level of rates but the uncertainty that all the markets do not like. Just like it is not the price of the metals but the direction of the metals that the stocks move on. If they are done we should rally whether it is 25 or 50.

Ag coming into TL support off the 11/05 low
If it gets through here next stop just under $11.00.
See if the stocks can get a bid today.
