Clinton refused to take OBL into custody when offered the chance, therefore Democrats don't have a leg to stand on when they try to criticize GW & Condi on that issue. If OBL was not considered a threat for 8 YEARS by the Clinton Adm, why do you expect Condi & GW to act any differently after a mere 8mos in office?
