Clinton was never offered OBL. That's a bald-faced rightwing myth and lie. That lie has been repeated over and over by the same lying A-wipes who repeated the total BS about Kerry and McCain being "cowards and traitors who helped the enemy". Shame on you for repeating it again.

The truth about that issue was agreed on by a Fox News panel of experts who debated it and produced the actual facts. The fact was no such offer ever got anywhere near the Clinton White House. The closest it got was a mid-level Yemenese official who claims he passed it onto to someone at the US embassy. There was also no proof the "offer" had any merit.

CLinton fired 150 cruise missiles at OBL (and was chastised and mocked by the rightwing for doing so) and his entire AL Qaida desk led by Richard Clarke at the WH was disbanded by Bush and not replaced after Bushies cheated and took over the WH. Bush and Rice didn't even mention the word terrorism until after 9-11 and ignore the 8-6 warning. Their priority was the sueless boondoggle "Star Wars", dissing Europeans who wanted to reduce air pollution and telling Russia there'd be no more arms control agreements. That was their idea of national security. Also, the FBI admits they were called off all surveillance of Saudi nationals in the US by the Bushies after GW and Cheney got into poer.
