It's US ignorance, if these guys called themselves the Cousins of Christianity Dubyette et al would fund them. The warlords were the ones who took down that Blackhawk helicopter.

Yep, now they're being rewarded by our government.

The whole thing is meddling. Pure meddling. We put funds there, we put spooks there, we put troops there, we take sides against the will of the people to have garbage pick, clean water and jobs and VOILA! In a decade we've bred another bunch of furrin terrorists.

The US of A isn't the cop in the world because, frankly, no one likes cops and because we're lousy at the job.

Also, we're now broke.
