Rattling sabers in Washington does not help. And Ahmadinejad's saber rattling IS?? From his public rhetoric, it would seem that he's painting himself in a corner that he can't easily extract himself from via some "reconciliation" process with the US. For him, it's "do or die", and all or nothing... That doesn't leave much for discussion, except should we speak with political rivals to Ahmadinejad.
