He asked about RSA AND MySQL. A 2.2GHz Opteron tied a 3GHz Woodcrest in 1 of the 4 RSA/SSL/MySQL tests (throwing out the four-core MySQL results which Woodcrest also won). Does tying in one of out four benchmarks count as being equal in performance (not including all of the other tests Woodcrest handily one)? I'm sure you and Sharikou would say yes.
