9-11 happened on Bush's watch after he was warned.

Clinton had a major campaign against Al Qaida including a team in the White House which did nothing but try to protect us from Al Qaida. That team stopped the LAX 1999 AL Qaida bombing scheme. CLinton also fired 150 Cruise Missiles at OBL's terrorism camps and the rightwing mocked him for it, accusing him of trying to change the subject from Monica Lewinsky, which was a total lie.

After he cheated to gain power, Bush immediaterly disbanded the Al Qaida counter-terrorism office and did not replace it with anything. He also had the FBI stop surveillance of Saudi nationals inside the US (probably due to orders from Prince Bandar) and Bush disbanded the entire Clinton anti-Al Qaida operation basee in Pakistan.

On 8-6-01 Bush and Rice received the urgent CIA warning of an imminent AL Qaida attack inside the US, probably using hijackings. Bush did nothing. Not a single phonecall. Nothing. He was on vacation.
