Or they could easily be a part of a global push by the larger corporate powers trying to ease the fears of peak oil, especially right now as this years Hi alert hurricane season and the usual Higher US gasoline consumption approaches. THe futures market doesn't seem to be too worried though. Still holding $74+ into 2007. scott
