david, one of us will be wrong, unless the other seeks redemption in a hurry

i am looking to steadily increase exposure to the dark side

as well as waiting for re-entry to the paper gold trade

and yes, even gold miners

after all, the script, in the big big picture, is exactly as expected, and i see no reason to change, not because of usd bounce, and certainly nothing to do with housing hanging tough for so long

remember this script achamchen.com written in 2002, a few treasury secretaries ago

during the elapsed time, gold has done excellently against dow, snp, nasdaq, and even housing

now that i am out of us real estate, my biggest trade of 2006, i am feeling rather relaxed, but not complacent

the script will play out to the bitter end, after anxious days and horrible nights

the pre-shocks are now more closely spaced, anticipating an interim event of significant size in an otherwise long process ... of collapse

chugs, j

p.s. i probably just marked the bottom of the current drubbing :0)

but then i need the market respite to load up the dark matter ;0)

to expect the housing bust to be a less significant event than the telecom debacle is to ignore the dying elephant in the living room for the dead cat on the neighbor's lawn
