FCFN might be worth a look here. They just announced they are acquiring a solar company: biz.yahoo.com this one has already moved a lot so be cautious, and the co is a little bit sketchy, but it does seem as though the market hasn't caught on yet- avg vol is around 6 or 7 k/day. pretty low for anything related to solar. this is the company they are acquiring: icpsolar.com
