"Seagate will announce a slew of HDD products tomorrow (all perpendicular, by the way), including a line of notebook drives with 256 MB of flash. Much shorter boots under Vista are the goal. Intel is making noise in Taipei this week about their Robson flash on MB technology. Once it's in the drive, will anyone care? What is Intel's angle, beyond trying to make the PC experience less painful?"
