Alien, I sure hope your analysis is right, since my Maalox bottle has just about rund dry! My take on the law suit issue is even if SYMC prevailed MCAF would rise because the cloud of uncertainty has been lifted. I'm sure that it has not escaped your notice that the bulk of the discussion on this thread concerns the lawsuit rather than earnings.
