They need to be brought into the political process. But the question is whether they readily acknowledge internally that they would never be able to garner sufficient votes to win.

But one thing is certain, each and every day Iraq is growing stronger (just saw on CNBC that Iraq is up to 2 million barrels per day in exports). And as they grow stronger, their capability of dealing with the terrorist factions grows stronger.

But we need to deal with Muqtada Al-Sadr and the Mahdi army as well, if we're going to undermine support for the MSC.
