Adding to PDS. Am considering adding more COP to an already full position.

Cut homebuilders to mostly stub positions. Have sold nothing today except for 1/4 of small remaining holding of CRXL on its drop under $20. (It was a below-cash play @$2.82/sh. when discussed here 6/6/'03.)

As entire US market (and foreign markets) drop, I presume value investors are increasing their buys. Value investors wouldn't be selling on a market drop.
