Don: You keep ignoring the fact that Guidi is the founder of Durum and Trans-Orient Petroleum. You also keep ignoring the fact that he has been the promotor of both of those companies. You ignore the fact that both of those companies get a piece of almost every Indo Pacific Concession. As far as I can tell the only payment that Indo receives for these interests is a promise by Durum and TOP to pay a portion of the first well when and if it is ever dug. You never acknowlege any research into the interlocking web of companies that Guidi has involved with Indo Pacific. You insult people by calling them liars and phony. You pretend that every action that Guidi has done is totally normal business practice for public company executives. Mike has done some outstanding research. Others have contributed facts to what is going on behind the scenes. When Guidi sells half his stock at high prices and then buys it back at low prices (in lump sums) you feel that this is normal for a company chairman. Do you realize that for a long-time one could call the IREMCO's phone number and ask Jennifer questions regarding both Indo and Durum as she handled investor relations questions from both. And yet in the above posting you pretend that there couldn't possibly be a relationship between Indo and Durum or Indo and TOP. My suggestion is that you leave this thread. For in truth you are not being productive but destructive. Even this email posting that I am responding to is a complete pretense on your part. You know darn well but do not admit that IREMCO, which means Alex Guidi, Bennet, the Hollands, and the Godoys have an interlocking web of companies (that share the same assets) that are most likely controlled by this same group of people. This is true whether they hold directorships or not. For example, Guidi founded Indo, then he resigned his chairmanship and directorship. Then he took those roles back. You could have said something like "I like the potential of Indo, but I don't agree with all of the management's actions."Instead you pretend these issues or facts do not exist. No one is putting down the good aspects of Indo-Pacific's potential. In fact, I think that we need someone to remind us of the many good possibilities that Indo has for future stock appreciation. Unfortunately, your behavior does not indicate that you are supporting this role. I am happy to have people who disagree with me on the thread. But, as you constantly attack those who bring up concerns and pretend as if the concern itself isn't factual and doesn't really exist except in the mind of short-sellers, you are clearly not acting from a place of legitamite disagreement, I can only think that you are goading people to react to you, since you are ignoring factual issues. You attack people ongoingly. Based on your written comments, you are not really here for an exchange of ideas. I do not think you have valuable information to share. Please leave this thread. |
