Zarqawi wasn't killed in revenge for previous attacks. Zarqawi was killed to stop his coming attacks.

There's a difference.

If Berg personally would rather die than kill, that's his choice. But I don't think it's right to declare that it's immoral to anybody to kill somebody who is in the process of killing thousands of innocent people, and proclaims his intent to kill thousands more.
