Oh, Fukiyama? Mr end-of-history Fukiyama? It's completely a misnomer to call him a neocon; just go back to the 1990s and read what Kristol or Perle or Wolfowitz or Krauthammer were writing, and compare it to Fukiyama. It was completely different. People who never liked the neocons anyway are now calling him a lapsed neocon; but just read what Krauthammer has to say about it.
