If it's not a party or a person that will fix it, then WHAT?, it can't be fixed?

It WAS a party..the party that controls congress and the whitehouse. The Republican Party.

I'm not a big fan of Kerry, but I do think he would have rolled back some of the tax cuts and at least we'd be a little closer to avoiding the precipice of financial disaster that Bush is leading us to.
