DAK, sorry but NMCX won in Arizona because the Judge said the land department can't step in and revalue their minerals, and use their revaluation as a basis to deny the mining lease. There is an independent assayer, Paul Mason, whose assay shows NMCX's dore' bar ( multi-layered metallic ) contains economic quantities of precious metals. NMCX has a modern mill and ore processing facility at the Skull Valley mine. Recent word is NMCX has successfully refined their dore' bars into valuable end-product. NMCX has lab and processing facilities in Prescott. Apparently , NMCX values Skull Valley, Az. ore at over 2 billion dollars!
