Agreed. It's past time to publicly state our goals for Iraq, put in a way to measure and quantify them, achieve them and leave. I have several members of my church over there, a kid in my neighborhood was killed over there, he was 19 or 20, lots of sons of people at school over there. So it affects my area, even though I'm not necessarily near a major military base. The point I was making was that it took less than a day for the Dems to make a crack that killing a well-known leader, torturer, terrorist pig like Al-Z was a stunt instead of a milestone goal. The blind hatred exhibited by some of those crackpots will cost them the elections in the fall. People are as tired of that crap as they are of the war. State your case, what you will do, how you will do it and shut up about bashing the other guys. That's how these folks should go about getting elected. This constant bashing Bush for 6 years and moaning and hand wringing and pouting is played out. Grow up. That's what the Dems need to be told. Instead they put psycho Dean in charge.
