Wade, I am showing CUNO down 7/16 yesterday, not up, and certainly nothing spectacular. Am I missing something? I note that CUL shot up after USF made the offer on Memtec, but CUNO didn't. As for Memtec, I agree that USF needs them, or rather, could use them, but I suspect that they will be reluctant to increase the offer. Given that, what do you think the chance is that the deal will simply fall through? In other words, in Memtec a good short at this level? Carl
