Endless unprovoked wars based on lies do not benefit world peace. That is an oxymoron, you moron.

Zarqawi came to Iraq because Bush said "bring it on!". He was not there prior to that. Bush presonally got hundreds of US troops killed with that one statement. It's also the only thing he's ever admitted regreting. He should be regretting a lot more than that, and will be once he's finally held accountable.
