Thanks for the link. It is a very interesting and to-the-points reality check report.

The current battle between Pentium II and its competitors could create another problem for Intel, says Nathan Brookwood, an analyst for Dataquest Inc. in San Jose, Calif. He says the Pentium II might be slower than AMD's upcoming K6 models.

I am not the only one thinking that K6+ is to outrun Pentium II.

BTW, I feel pity towards these PII victims who paid premiums and got a flawed chip from Intel. You got to be stupid enough to buy Pentium II now.
