Bush CREATED Chavez. Bush made LIL Kim of N. Korea a nuclear powerhouse. Bush gave Iran its new president and he's rapidly making the guy the hero of the "Muslim Cause" everywhere.

When you have the Whitehouse, the Senate and the House it's really rather ridiculous to blame the other party when the world goes to hell in a handbasket while your guys are running everything.
