When Saudi Arabia admits to only on additional few million bbls/day, up to 12.5 million/day, then where does the rest of come from?

Slightly offtopic but did you watch the Discovery Channel's show last night about the Amazon? As part of the program they talked about Henry Ford building Fordlandia in the Amazon to grow millions of rubber trees. Not to go into detail but the entire investment was a disaster from the beginning and it highlights how very smart men/woman can delude themselves into a certain way of thinking.

IMO Lord Browne is making the same mistake.
