I don't doubt those are the planned TDPs-- what I mean is that AMD has not yet shown any 65nm samples running at verified clock and power usage. Apparently there was some closed system running a claimed 65nm part on Tech Analyst day, but, for example, no CPU-Z shot was published to confirm clock, etc.
