Unlikely to be mistaken, confused or mistranslated when there are multiple statements in that article which all fit together.

Common sense, and past AMD practice would say that Rev G is a simple shrink. The only reason folks started wondering was that strange April die photo. That having been revealed as a non-production manufacturing prototype renders all that speculation null and void. And then the same article references AMD reps saying that Rev G is indeed virtually an optical shrink, as one would ordinarily expect.

Granted, it is not as iron-clad as an official AMD announcement, but taken together, it seems well above 90% likely, wouldn't you say?
