Mag, Rev D was already 90nm. It was the Rev CG to Rev D transition that was the shrink. With no goodie. That's a DailyTech error in that article.

AMD has removed all references to D4 (Opteron) and D0 (A64 Winchester) steppings from the amdcompare.com site, interestingly.
