You've posted on it and maybe held it since '99(??), but you won't hold it a few more months for a possible -- and likely (well, maybe) -- 15% additional gain? That surprises me. You could be very right to sell now though; if I recall right, your timing is usually pretty good.

I've upped my position, but of course I don't really know if the deal will go through or not. I suspect the deal will close and at $1.30. Jmo, and I've been wrong on these things before.
