I think there is a high chance of an announcement shortly.

Past behaviour has often shown a significant announcement after a couple of days of run up, so my guess is we'll see some news on Wednesday.

Just a thought ; IBM has been buying a few companies recently, Sapiens might seem like a cheap buy to them at its current price.
Any comments?
