Rove is guilty of outing a CIA agent during war-time.
Cheney is too, and reportedly Bush OK'ed it.

Prosecutor Fitzgerald can indict Rove any day he wants.
Rove is guilty. Everyone knows it. Rove's only excuse for outing Plame is "I forgot" which doesn't usually work in court. So where is the indictment?

The report several weeks ago was that Rove's lawyers had been told he was going to be indicted. That may be perfectly true. Or not. We'll see.
