Your subject might also cross in the area of Corporate Communications (the folks that handle press releases, news, etc.) If so, then you might also try: Peter_Ruzicka@3Com.com Then, if you're really feeling bold n' bodacious, I checked 3Coms site and it is indeed Eric 'A' Benhamou. Curiously, the 'Search Injun Sleuths' reveal: 74244.1022@Compuserve.Com for an Eric 'A' in Saratoga, CA...that's, what -- about 25 minutes from the office? how many Eric A. Benhamou's could there be in the area? (the account may not be active anyway....) "If they can't flow this basic information to us at the lowest possible cost and on a real time basis..."
