Don't use the word "Latinos" to mean "illegal aliens".
That's racist. I have encountered two illegal aliens in my life. Both were from Europe. Their visas expire and they just stay here. Also, our border with Canada is unmanned at some entry points. No one guarding the border at all on some roads in.

There are many kinds of illegal aliens. Although admittedly the large majority from from Latin American countries. All illegal aliens are here for some kind of available opportunity. If you want to stop the illegal immigration, remove the opportunities. Start arresting thousands of bosses, foreman, business leaders, farmers, agribusiness, ranchers, CEO's, etc. That would do the trick. But nobody wants to do this. Especially Bush Republicans.
