I don't believe does include capital costs. I believe the home system is suppose to be in the $500.00 range. Hell I spent that much changing my filter on my reverse osmosis system, ice maker and main home filters last month not to include my water delivery costs. Like I said at $50 bucks a month the home version would pay for itself in a years time.
