Citicoline works. Mild stroke patients do recover gradually regardless of taking any medication. That is why there is statistically insignificance for mild stroke patients. However, for moderate to severe patients, Citicoline works very well. IPIC should go back up gradually to 20-25 before FDA review of the drug. One thing to IPIC's advantage, there is currently no cure for stroke. Citicoline will be the only game in town for a while. Redux is history. No one is going to remember it 1 year from now. Focus on the future. It is a bargain at 13.
