For me the big question is a ½ Life value.

If Maxam reports in a news release something to catch the attention of investors,
then what type of increases in MXAM might occur?

For sure any explosion like pennies to single digit dollars will cause me to sell half,
but what if the increase is measured in nickles and dimes over months,
then what MXAM share price would I wait to sell half, or should I calculate
what percentage of my holdings to get all my investment back?

Many many ways MXAM can travel via a press release.

We already have external events to "prime the pump" like price of gold and the
trend to clean up coal ash with those precious metals a bonus.

If Maxam's ability to clean-up ash and fly-ash by-products of coal combustion
is for real, and can be done at a large scale to handle industrial plants emissions,
then I say put the gold and precious metals reason to buy MXAM on the back-burners,
and present Maxam as a company to help clean-up the environment since that presentation
will attract investors much better than a "gold mine" rags to riches.
